This hotel in the Taksim area of Istanbul exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the attention to detail was spot on - from the clean and modern furnishings to the daily room cleanings. The staff were friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make us feel like special guests. Additionally, the location of this hotel was perfect, being walking distance from both the train station and the main tourist attractions. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable and well-equipped with all the basic amenities you could need, and the fact that breakfast was included was a great bonus.

We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and the helpful staff who assisted us with our luggage. The location was perfect, close to shopping areas and public transportation. We also appreciated the excellent water pressure in the shower.

Our stay was also disrupted by noisy neighbors, causing disturbances both inside the room and in the hallways. The front desk staff was unable to fully address the issue.

The room was outdated, the decor was not appealing, and the furniture looked old. I didn't appreciate the fact that there was smoking allowed in some parts of the hotel, which made it smell like smoke.

The staff were friendly and always had a smile. The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, providing everything I needed for a pleasant stay. I especially appreciated the free airport transport service. I highly recommend this hotel for its great value and convenient location.
